FRC team 6860, Equitum Robotics, is from International High School located in Paterson NJ. The team was founded in 2017 but did not play until the following year. In 2017 it took the time to recruit and organize the team. Equitum is more than just another team. It is a symbol. It shows no matter what problem you face, no matter what people say about you, you can always prove them wrong and come up on top. Read More
First, stands for For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology. It is an international youth organization. It operates the FIRST Robotics competition, FIRST Tech Challenge, FIRST Lego League, and FIRST Lego league Jr. FIRST Robotics is the highest scale program FIRST has developed. Approximately 3,650 teams of high school students from 27 countries participate in the competition every year. The founders of FIRST is Dean Kamen and Woodie Flowers.Read More
Excalibur is the first robot built by team 6860. It played in 4 competitions, one of which was the 2018 world championship. This robot is a symbol of hope. It showcases even if everything that can go wrong goes wrong, you can still accomplish our goal by not giving up. Read More
